At Valvest, we believe in delivering quality and efficiency by performing all work in-house. From the very beginning to the completion of a project, we keep everything in-house. This not only offers huge cost savings, but also gives us complete control over every detail of the process. This allows us to ensure that each project is completed to perfection, exactly as planned.

Our projects go through several phases. Below, we explain our process step by step:

Finding the perfect project

At Valvest, we believe that the foundation of every successful project lies in careful selection. Our approach to project selection is not just about numbers; it’s about finding the right real estate opportunities that resonate with our vision and strategy.

We evaluate the potential of the property and develop a stable business case. This ensures that we have a solid basis to work with from the beginning. In our experience, only about 0.4% of the thousands properties we review is actually purchased and developed.

Arranging financing

After we have selected a project, it is essential to obtain the right financing. We ensure that sufficient capital is available for both the purchase of the property and the necessary renovations. This allows us to move quickly and ensures that we have the financial resources to successfully execute the project.

Permit applications

Real estate projects often involve complex regulations. Therefore, a crucial step in our process is applying for the necessary permits. This enables us to carry out all work in compliance with laws and regulations. Thanks to our experience and knowledge in this sector, we can complete this process efficiently and quickly so that no delays occur.

Remodel execution and supervision

One of the most important parts of any project is the execution of the remodel. We closely monitor the schedule and budget and ensure that every detail is executed to perfection. By overseeing the entire construction process ourselves, we can quickly intervene when adjustments are needed and stay on track.

Selling or renting out the project

When the project is complete, we decide whether to sell the property or refinance it on the platform, depending on the type of property and the monthly returns. This gives us the flexibility to make the most of our projects while responding to market and platform demand.
