We prioritize stability and minimize risks for our investors through careful asset selection and a conservative financing strategy with a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 80%. In addition, we always seek to protect your investments via our independent foundation via first mortgage rights and a pledge on the rental income. By combining these elements, we create a safe and stable investment environment that safeguards and grows your capital.

Liquidity with a Long-Term Focus

Investing in real estate with a buy-and-hold approach is a trusted way to build wealth over time. At Valvest, we focus on long-term ownership rather than short-term investments that last only months or days. Most of our projects are set up to have a duration up to three years, ensuring that investors retain relatively liquid funds despite investing in real estate. At the end of each project, we automatically refinance most of the investment through our auto-invest feature. This process allows new investors to join seamlessly, maintaining a continuous and stable investment cycle for everyone involved.

Diversification

Diversification is essential for safeguarding your investments. We allow you to start investing with as little as €100, enabling you to spread your risk across multiple projects. Each project operates as an independent entity, ensuring that the risk of one project is contained and does not affect the rest of your portfolio.

We understand better than anyone that every euro counts. That's why we handle all construction and management in-house, allowing us to closely monitor the process and prevent any delays.
